dotbelowSymbol-ar and the rest of symbol dots are missing their Unicode values. These characters are in Arabic Presentation Forms block but they are not presentation forms (they are recently encoded in Unicode for pedagogical uses). tahaboveSymbol-ar (U+FBC0) is also missing.
