Does anyone know how to name new glyphs to create enclose alphanumerics?
Like this:
⓪①②③④⑤⑥⑦⑧⑨
I thought I could paste in the unicode but that doesn’t work.

Just put the actual character in the name field. Glyphs should rename it for you.

You would need to name the glyph uniXXXX, or, for higher-plane characters, uXXXXX. To better understand glyph names, see the Getting your glyph names right tutorial.
You can copy the string into the Generate Glyphs dialog, just add a space between each character.
