Hello, I have an issue when I try to export my font as a Variable font. I attached a screenshot of the window popped up.
- OTF Settings: Outline Flavour > PostScript CFF
File Format > .otf - Variable Fonts Settings: File Format .ttf
How can I fix it?
There is probably an outside corner overlap in one of the masters.
I tried to fix corners so they don’t overlap but the error still exist…

The problems are with corner components. In the r and f, you have this situation:
If the corner is inserted into the path, there is one node missing and to the outlines are not compatible any more.
You can redraw the corners like this:
That will produce an overlap that will persevere that node.

Now it works and I know the mistake, good to know for the future.
Or better yet, delete the extremum point.
