Exported font and some glyphs are outlines?

I’ve created a font and tidyed up paths and corrected path direction and for some reason when I use font in InDesign certain characters are showing up as outlines. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you check if those glyphs have two path on top of each other? Select one point by clicking on it and drag it away.

Then you most likely have two paths on top of each other.

How did you build the glyph in Glyphs.app? Can you show a screenshot, best with View > Show Angled Handles on. (Install via Window > Plugin Manager)
