Generally, Windows only considers the Regular-Italic-Bold-BoldItalic combo a family. Read the section about style linking in the handbook, please.
last thing i did was entirely disabling all style linking.
so thats not the issue, however all weights installed on windows 10 are named lighter than intended
its in ms word for example
but also visible in the font manager fontba.se
