A feature to be able to store each filter under a specific folder in the left-side panel would be helpful, my list is getting way longer than the window. Like how it is with Languages’ and Categories’ drop-down subcategories.

Depends. Use the bug tracker for "bigger things" like feature requests. Use the forum for things that might be easy to fix and are more time sensitiv. You get more attention on the forum but the issue will not so easily get lost in the bug tracker.
