Feature Request: hide Stroke panel in sidebar

Would it be possible to somehow hide/collapse the Stroke panel in the sidebar (even when paths are selected)? It’s a feature I never use and it can be quite annoying the way it overlays the bottom of the Transformations panel.

A checkbox in the Glyphs preferences, or a Glyphs.defaults value we can set through python would both be good!

This is currently controlled by View → Show Info (which also shows/hides the Info box). In a future version, this can be controlled independently from the Info box.

I think it should have a disclosure arrow like everything else in the panel.
