When using the Pen tool, if I’m doing a path, if I press P again (with the Pen tool still active), I’d like to start a new path, independent of the one I was working on.
why: faster than Cmd+Left Mouse Click, the current way to do it.

I don’t think that reaching to the P key is faster then Cmd+click as usually the thumb is already on the Cmd you and the you right hand on the mouse.
