Font is cropped in under some system

Hi Everyone,
I tried to export font and some font is cropped. I check and change ascender and descender in master. It still cropped. Any advice to fix that?

And any advice to software to font preview (exclude Fontbook), I preview at Font book fine but other people I sent tried font is cropped.

Please read the Vertical Metrics tutorial.
And make sure you avoid font cache problems.
