Font Name Parameter also change file name?

I’ve been using the ‘Font Name’ general parameter to create compact PostScript Names. However, I’ve noticed that this also modifies the names of the exported files.

Isn’t the purpose of the ‘File Name’ custom parameter to handle that ?
It means that I also need to add the “File Name” custom parameter to correct this unwanted change.

Yes, you can use the fileName custom parameter to control the names of the output files. This is necessary if you want to keep a different file name, like in your case.

By default it’s the PS Name that is used for creating the file name. So if you change the PS Name, the default file name will be affected too.
