When I try to preview with
Glyphs crashes when I turn on this rclt feature in preview.
@StaffContext = [
L
$[name beginswith "L_" and name endswith ".rlig"]
$[name beginswith "T_" and name endswith ".rlig"]
$[name beginswith "B_" and name endswith ".rlig"]
];
sub @StaffContext bar' @StaffContext by L bar.alt L;
sub @StaffContext bar' by L bar.alt;
sub bar' @StaffContext by bar.alt L;
here’s a repro and a test file.
-
Open RCLT-Exact-Sequence-Test.glyphs.
-
Create an edit tab (Command-T).
-
Paste this glyph-name string into the tab:
/L_one_two_b_b_o.rlig/bar
There must be exactly two adjacent glyphs: L_one_two_b_b_o.rlig followed by bar, with no space glyph between them. Paste the string; typing it character by character does not insert the same glyph sequence.
-
Display the bottom preview pane and select the Regular instance.
-
Open Features at the bottom left and select rclt — Required Contextual Alternates.
The preview displayed both glyphs before enabling rclt; the application quit immediately after selecting rclt. The computer-use interface reported “App quit.” No other font document was open during this test.
RCLT-Exact-Sequence-Test.glyphs (4.3 KB)
Thanks for the test file. I fixed it.
