Glyphapp crash while clicking `update` or `compile` in feature tab

Crash immediately after clicking update or compile in a feature tab, it happen only in my specific file, not all glyphs project.

Thanks for the file. I fixed it.

For now, manually set the axis tag for the “Grade” axis.

I’ve fixed everything by manually set Grade axis tag, remove all class and related feature on text editor.

The features where fine. Only the grade axis was causing this. I fixed the fallback that would generate the axis tag from the name.
