# Glyphs 3.5.1 suddenly crashing

Out of a sudden 3.5.1 keeps crashing when opening the app (spinning wheel).

I’d rather keep working with it because of a big project that I made with it.

Help please!

Hold down the Option and Shift keys as you launch the app to disable plug-ins. Does that help?

Yes, with Plugins disabled the app opens.

Looks like a plug-in got recently updated and is causing the issue. You can go into the Plugins folder (in Glyphs, _Script_ menu → _Open Scripts Folder_, the Plugins folder next to it), and move half of them to the Desktop. If the app launches, move half of the plg-ins from the Desktop back to the Plugins folder, otherwise move half of the remaining plug-ins to the Desktop and so on until the culprit is found.

Crashing again when I open two particular files (opened with plugins disabled).
