I tried to put my own GlyphData.xml with Glyphs 3 and the app crashes when opening. Am I still supposed to do it in an Info folder as it is shown here?:

Are you sure it is because of the file (does it open normally if you remove the file)? If so, could you send it to me?
When I remove the file it opens normally. I tried to put the GlyphData.xml of the Applications folder without any changes and it has the same problem, so I guess it is not related to the file?
Where exactly did you put the file? In the Application Support/Glyphs 3 or next to your .glyphs file? And you are saying that putting any GlyphData file there crashes? Did you send the crash reports (the one that shows up when you restart the app)? And what version specifically do you have (e.g. 3041)?
I copied the file of :
/Applications/Glyphs 3.app/Contents/Frameworks/GlyphsCore.framework/Versions/A/Resources/GlyphData.xml
and pasted into:
/Library/Application Support/Glyphs 3/Info/GlyphData.xml
(I created the Info folder as it says on the tutorial)
I just sent the crash report. My version is 3042.
