When scrolling horizontally on the tab area with my MBP touchpad, when you have a lot of tabs, the tabs behave / look pretty strange. I can’t figure out what’s truly wrong but I can’t imagine this would be expected behavior. I recorded a video to show what I see. This is in 3.0.2 (3044).
