Glyphs File won't open now

I am using the trial version right now and enjoying it so much! I am almost done with my first font, and the program crashed all of a sudden a few days ago. Now, when I try to reopen my file, it says, “The document ____ could not be opened. The file isn’t in the correct format.” and then under that it says, “The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format.” Ironically, when I click on the file info, it says the file was created and modified March 4, 2010, which is definitely not accurate as this file was saved for last time only two days ago. No matter what I do, it won’t open though. Suggestions or advice? Thank you!

I have currently no access to the support mail, but you can click my profile picture and then Message.

We had a look at the files. Unfortunately they are corrupted so that they do only contain random data, not glyphs data. I have never seen something like this. Your only chance is if you have a backup of the file.
