Glyphs not displaying on the correct unicode after export

Hi community,

I updated my Glyphs to the latest version this morning, and after that, the export are getting strange: the glyphs are not displaying the correct ones anymore:

Below are the exact same text on different versions, 1.204 exported after the update.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue, or could there be something wrong on my export settings? Thanks in advance for your help! <3

That looks like a font cache issue. Eliminating font cache problems | Glyphs and Testing your fonts in Adobe apps | Glyphs

Thank you Georg, any suggestion on what to do if they are actually just in Appilcation Support > Adobe > Fonts folder  ? They are not really installed with the Font Book…

Btw, seems like it’s all fine if I just skip this version number and move on to the next one. So all good actually  but would still be interesting to know what could have went wrong in the exact same process.

If you test with Adobe apps, you shouldn’t install with FontBook. It would only cause those problems. It is explained in the two tutorials.

Denise specified that the font is not installed in Font Book, but the issue still arises, which is very odd.

Did you ever install it in FontBook?

No I didn’t install it in FontBook, that’s why I’m wondering. And it’s only happening when the version number is set to 1.204  feels like I found an Easter egg haha

Can you trigger it with version 1.204? Apparently a bug of the fonts folder in implementation.
