Is there any plugin or script highlighting glyphs that are not sitting on on the baseline? I‘m working on a Hangul typeface and realized that some of the many glyphs are not sitting precisely on the baseline. some of them are on y: 1

Yes there are a few mekkablue scripts. There’s one called Near Vertical Misses, or one for finding glyphs Not Reaching into Zones. See which one suits you best.
