Hi, I can’t open the program, this is the sixth time and it shows me the next dialogue…
I tried to reopen, it doesn’t open and the same with the other button. I was working, updated it and then the window never returned, so I forced quit and since that, it doesn’t respond.
Program reinstalled, it was the only solution.
Next time, you can try the steps in the Crashes tutorial. Most likely it was a crash that happened at startup, either caused by a plug-in or an unsaved broken document.
