Had the same problem. After looking around the forum, I tried updating glyphs and RMX. Although the program no longer crashes, the plugin doesn’t work at all anymore.

I just downgraded to Glyphs Version 2.5 (1131) and encounter the same problem as you, Rostgaard — Glyphs crashes upon using any RMX tool.
In the animated GIF, the glyph is not compatible. But the software warns you exactly about that. Try making it compatible first.
