HELP ME! Error when exporting, it says 'No File was created'

Help, I got a problem when exporting the file. It says ‘No File was created’ Please someone help!
My Glyphs version is 2.4.2

What version of MacOS do you have?

Try the latest beta please. Go to Glyphs > Preferences > Updates, activate both checkboxes and press the Update button.

mine is MacOS Catalina

Glyphs version 2.4.2 is not compatible with MacOS Catalina. You need the latest version.
