How to change line spacing following each masters - various cap height for each masters

Hey !
I’m wondering if it’s possible to vary the line spacing on different masters.
I’m working on a variable font that works with two sizes of CAP Height, one size for each master.

When I export my file to test it on my software, the first master works correctly with the default line spacing, but when on Illustrator I move my cursor to go to the other master, the line spacing gets bigger because the second master has a smaller cap height…

So I would therefore like to know if I can crack this. :slight_smile:

This is currently not possible from within Glyphs. You can search the forum for similar issues using the MVAR keyword.

Even if Glyphs would support variable vertical metrics (we are working on it9) it would not work Illustrator as far as I know. As Adobe apps (mostly) ignore the vertical metric defined in the font.
