How to make Braille font

I am a Japanese designer and I purchased glyphs for the purpose of volunteering to the visually impaired.
I installed glyphs because I want to create a Braille font.
For example, if you type “konnichiha” in Japanese it would be very convenient if you can convert it to Braille.
However, braille is different in size from other fonts and the size is fixed.
That is, font enlargement and reduction are unnecessary functions.
I want to use fonts made with glyphs in the Adobe illustrator CC.
Even if you type in characters of various sizes, I want to know how to convert it to a fixed size when converting it to Braille font.

there was a long discussion about braille on TypeDrawers: http://typedrawers.com/discussion/comment/31444
