How to open WOFF files with Glyphs

Can’t open WOFF files and can’t find the information about it.
Maybe any plugin can do this?

Convert back to TTF or CFF and open the converted file. This may help: https://github.com/bramstein/sfnt2woff-zopfli

I think of WOFF fonts a deployment format, not a source format. Where would you find a WOFF file that has a license that allows it to be opened where you don’t get a OTF/TTF.
