OK, so this claim was an exaggeration. I was afraid we had lost your mails, or they did not reach us.
You explained to me that glyphsapp.com was blocked by the government. So there was nothing I could have done.

I waited a year and this is an exaggeration!? I sent the error message to support in the first email! Anyway, luckily the problem is solved! My frustration is due to the lack of access to the update in last year. Because they are very practical and effective in Persian and Arabic languages.

“Many times” was an exaggeration. But maybe this is a translation issue (“a lot of time”/“many times”).
