Make sure that your design space is rectangular. For instance: If you have two Bold masters, they need to share the same value on wght axis

Check your intermediate/alternate layers as well.

Your instances (there is one at 900) don’t fit your masters (they only go to 500). See Font Info > Masters and Font Info > Exports.
