Hi! Is there a way to control what takes precedence in the Adobe font menu order? I have a family where the darkest weight also have a width axis and that seems to take precedence over the weight value. I end up with the dark and more condensed fonts first, then normal progression from light to bold, then the other dark one.
Yes. You control it with widthClass and weightClass. Details are in the Naming tutorial. You can send me the .glyphs file if it does not work for you, and I’ll have a closer look.
