I have a file with 3 master, can I edit kerning in first and last master, then interpolate kerning for middle master?
Yes, of course. There are multiple options.

Try the plugin Kernkraft by @Mark: GitHub - bBoxType/Kernkraft

Duplicate your file, remove the master(s) for which you want to interpolate the kerning, add instances corresponding exactly to those masters, disable all other instances, go to File > Generate Instances, copy the kerning from those exported instances.
Thanks @SCarewe
Also, add a selected instance as a master from which you can extract the kerning value. The master is later disposed.
I don’t understand. When using Generate Instances, one Glyphs file (with one master) per instance is generated…?
Edit: I see, you’re proposing a third method. That also works, indeed!
Yes, I meant another method. It’s essentially the same as your 2nd method until you delete the intermediate master.
