Is it possible to copy all kerning pairs from one Master to another?

Open the kerning panel. Copy all pairs. Switch to the other master. Paste the into the kerning panel.

This responds exactly to your question, but I suspect there might be better solutions depending on what exactly you want to do. What is your intention?

Sebastian, I find that kerning pairs from one master to another are mostly the same. Also, the exact values are very close to the same, but not always exactly. My desire is to save some time and increase consistency by beginning the kerning process by copying from one to another.
(While I first began the process by duplicating the 1st master, very much, including spacing and kerning, has changed since then.)

Then the process I outlined above is probably best, if you are after a one-time synchronisation.

If you want to keep your metrics and kerning identical (duplexed fonts), you can use the “Link Metrics with Master” custom parameter. That keeps everything in sync at all times – but that’s not what you want in this case.

That may be a very useful practice as well! I did not know about it.

Wonderful feature if you are designing a layering font, btw.
