What is this grey baseline that shows up in text view mode? It’s messing with my perception of spacing, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to turn it off. Is it some plugin I have installed?
You can toggle the display of this line with View → Show Measurement Line.
Nope, tried that; that isn’t it.
There was an issue with the display of this line in the first version of Glyphs 4. I think it’s fixed in the current cutting-edge (beta) version. You can download that here:

You can keep both the standard Glyphs 4 and cutting-edge Glyphs 4 installed side-by-side or replace the current version with the cutting-edge version.
