Is there a way to nudge all characters at one time in their bounding box?

Super new but I want to just move the all characters using Command Option Down Arrow one time on all characters. Is this possible?

In the Font View, select the glyphs you want to shift (Command-A to select all glyphs). Take a look at the menu Filter > Transformations. In the Transform tab, set the Translate Y value to -100 (or however far you want to shift the glyphs down). Hope that helps.
