Is there an easy way to export a folder of custom lists so I can use them in Glyphs on my other computer?

What do you mean by lists? List filters?

These are saved in the Filters folder next to Scripts (Script > Open Scripts Folder)

You can put that file into a repos or cloud drive and put an alias into the Filders folder. Then it will be synced automatically.
