The bounding box of italic small cap is shown at incorrect x position when italic angle and custom small cap height parameter is set. Also, x-direction shift of transformation filter seems to do its job inaccurately in the same situation (not moving at the same amount as others). Could you have a look?

You mean in the grey info box?
Info box seems alright, but the bounding box appear to be off. Also transformation filter seems to do a bad job when you specify origin point as ½ of x-height, which causes small caps to move at the different value from everything else.
These are much more noticeable when you set radically different small cap height from x-height.
