Hey,
I have an old font who’s italics need respaced.
Autoalignment is deactivated.
All that I need is to transfer the spacing from the Upright, to the Italic.
For this I tend to use Steal Metrics, However in my case the Steal Metrics script also moves the diacritics as they are no longer aligned, what solution could I find to solve this messy file?
this is the reason there is automatic alignment 
You need to carefully not apply the new spacing (LSB) to all composite glyphs, only the width.
Sadly the file was handed to me without auto-alignment.
Tough the width is correct in italics, I just need my italics to have the same spacing than the upright.
