Does anyone know of problems on OSX 10.6 (Glyphs 1.4.3 584) that some kerning pairs are missing/different after exporting or generating instances? It seems to occur at random.
There are some problems with 10.6 (we recommend 10.7+), but I am not aware of anything related to kerning.
How are you testing your font? Are you using the Adobe Fonts folder?

Perhaps send your .glyphs file to support at this domain, and indicate an example kerning pair that does not work as intended, so we can take a look.

The issue is a known problem regarding exceptions. A kerning-pair was open in one of the masters, but locked in the other. Problem solved.
Georg, shouldn’t it automatically interpolate from exception value 0?
That is what it does (also in this case). It can become confusing though if you thought it was all group kerning but one master has an overlooked exception.
