Kerning exports successfully in the variable font file, but fails to be included when I try exporting static OTFs. (I’m using Glyphs 3.2.3 (3260))
How are you testing this? Have you read Eliminating font cache problems | Glyphs and Testing your fonts in Adobe apps | Glyphs ?
I tested the fonts in illustrator, Fontdrop, and Fontgauntlet, then tried opening the static OTFs in Glyphs, but there were no kerning information included. I’ll read over these articles, thanks!

You have glyphs for the tagalog script but you didn’t set the script and category for those correctly. That confuses the OpenType Feature writer and the openType processing.
But it is not the actual problem here. It seems that there is a bug that deletes the kerning. It has to do with the two rlig features. I dont think that the first one is needed and the second is for variable fonts only. So adding a “Remove Features = rlig” parameter to the instances will circumvent the bug. I’ll see if I can fix this.
