I made a font, but the distance between the lines is very large (in all programs) Before that, everything was fine, I don’t understand what’s happening.

All the settings look fine, but the the mekkablue scripts shows the lowest point -1159. Does this mean there is an extra element in the font somewhere? If so, how is it possible to find an extra dot in which sign? In the font, the lowest element is -125
Try the Remove Stray Points script in mekkablue’s script collection. Another way is to open the reported character cell (asciitilde), do Cmd-A and it should show the bounding box which would include the stray point at the bottom.
