Layer problem: not able to select layer

Hello everyone,

I am currently working in a typeface but suddently if I make a copy of one vector in a layer I can’t acces to that layer. If I click to the layer it selects back the foreground/first layer.

Does anyone had the same problem?

Can you describe the exact steps to reproduce the issue? Or post a short screencast?

Of course, Rainer.

First of all, I am working in an arabic typeface that had several “crashes” already that Georg fixed. But:

  1. Draw the vector (closed path).
  2. Make copy in a layer (click the copy button).
  3. I want to go to that copy from the foreground but once I click in the layer, the selection goes directly to the foreground again once I unclick the button.

I was trying to replicate the problem and now is not there anymore. If I have the same problem again I will make a screencast, obviously.
