Hello! I am working on a layered variable font (ref image below). Glyphs doesn’t currently support incompatible masters in variable fonts, so I will need to split my workflow into three Glyphs files.
- Tall 2. Short 3. Tall Outline 4. Short Outline 5. Tall Fill 6. Short Fill
If possible, I’d like to still have the benefit of context when working on any of the three layer types. Working directly over a reference layer will be imperative, to ensure everything aligns correctly. Has anyone ever tried working like this across multiple Glyphs files?
