I would like to create a new ligature for a glyph with the shortcut §0 (section zero). My glyph’s name is “sectionzero”. For that, I have created a new sub command “sub section zero by sectionzero;” within my dlig feature. However, the ligature does not seem to work, even when I compile the feature. Any ideas?
Where doesn’t it work? What do you mean with “compile the feature”?
You mean in an Edit Tab of Glyphs?
Name it section_zero with an underscore, automate the feature, compile, and activate Discretionary Ligatures in the tab. Please read this:
