Limit of 300 Path Points per Glyph?

Hi Georg,

There seems to be a limit of 300 path points per individual glyph. Though I know it’s not a good idea to create overly complex characters, I simply have to alter an existing font that exceeds this limit. That font opens and displays fine in Glyphs and can be altered and saved, but exporting it to OTF cuts off any path point that exceeds the 300 limit.

Is there a maximum setting that can be overridden somehow? I just purchased Glyphs because I think it is so cool - great workflow concept and magnificent UI - but this particular issue puts me into trouble…

There is an issue with complex characters crashing the export operation. Can you send me the font file and I will see what I can do to raise the limit.

Thanks for replying so quickly. Just wanted to complete this post. Turning off “Remove overlaps” in the export dialog does the trick!
