Hello
You are using Glyps2.
I am inquiring because there is a problem using the localize font name.
When you enter the same information value in two font files, the exported values appear different. What’s the problem?
Cache was removed and proceeded.
Thank you for your answer.

Both name IDs 1 and 2 are set. IDs 16 and 17 are only set under certain circumstances (if it is not a RIBBI style).
But I believe that is unrelated to localization.
Can you send me the .glyphs file?

Send the .glyphs file to support (at) (this website without www). We will have a look.

Thank you for confirming it.

As far as I can see, the fonts are exported correctly. Not all entries are exported for the mac platform but that is OK as those are not really needed any more.

Can’t you tell me why it looks different?
I can’t tell you why it is different. Could you export it again and send me the .glyphs file and the resulting .otf?

The two glyphs files are in a different state only by their name. I want to know why [‘name’ records] look different when exporting OTF in this state.
