Lock the "nudge" controls temporarily?

This may be clunky… but is there a way to temporarily “lock” the nudge key combo to be “on” so that I don’t have to hold them all down while using the arrow keys? i.e. I’d just like to be able to move nodes simpler with the arrow keys only and have the nudge effect active/working.

Use case would be when doing a bunch of small corrections that are repetitive to a bunch of glyphs.

Not possible from within the app. But there’s a system feature called sticky keys that may do the trick. Haven’t tried in a long time though.
