Probably the biggest problem is that the postscript name has none ascci characters. Add a “postscriptName” parameter that contains an name that only contains A-Za-z and some punctuation (like period).

And is seems that there are invalid TrueType instructions. Can you send me the .glyphs file?

You added a FullName and FontName property, but both can only contain basic english characters.
