I am going to try to describe this behaviour as best as I can
When selecting anchors it shows a cloud of marks but not the one that are actually used.
Let say I want to move the bottom anchor for Tcedilla, I doesn’t show the cedilla but the dotaccent and strokeshortcomb

what is the name of the cedilla glyph? It should be “cedillacomb” or “cedillacomb.case”.
Yes it is
but it’s not working across the caps
The E should show a bigger cloud, comprising of acute, dieresis, grave, etc
but only shows the dotaccent
Do you have a custom GlyphData around? Could you send me the file for testing?
