Is there a way to position the Measurement Line by using the keyboard for a given vertical coordinate ?

And I would love to be able to position the Measurement Line differently in different masters.

No, but you could write a script that adds this functionality by showing a small dialog and resets the value. And then add a keyboard shortcut for the script. The value is stored in the user defaults with the key "MeasurementPositionMeasurementLine". This is a global setting and I think I will keep it that way. Or is there a general interest to change it?
