Missing lowercase m PS hints

I’ve manually PS hinted a Light to Bold font.
I opened all the exported fonts back in Glyphs to take a look at the stems and noticed that the vertical hints to lowercase m where not included. FontLab 7 imports them OK. Is there an issue with Glyphs and three stem vertical hints?
