I have this scenario: tabular figures where the light masters are similar to the non tabular figures, while the Xbold masters are condensed versions of the non tabular to fit the tabular space.
Could it be possible to have components in the light masters and paths in the Xbold masters, and have them decomposed on export? I don’t mind if glyphs warns me that the glyph is incompatible while working in the file as long as the font gets then exported well.
I tried the custom parameter ‘decompose glyphs’ in every single instance but I couldn’t make it work
