This seems to have been introduced in one of the latest updates to Glyphs 3. When I install files on the current MacOS, Font Book reports that the name table structure has a problem. Exports from the same file with older versions of Glyphs did not trigger the warning.
Can you reproduce this?

What exactly is the issue you’re experiencing?
Check your exports with fontbakery.com, there may something wrong with the way you set up your metadata.
