What is the reason of this export issue ?
is that related to “disable automatic alinement” ?
I have solved it manually re-playing with path handles.
The alignment has to do with components. I can’t tell what is causing this. Could you send me the file?

The handle should not intersect. It is specially problematic when converting to TrueType.
change the handles like this and it will work:

your curves have very flat inflection points. TrueType can’t handle those and extra nodes need to be inserted. That seems to cause problems with the current algorithms. I’ll have look at it.

Try to move red dot (off curve node) inside to curve.
Perhaps help a bit.

Better in this case: remove the extremes, they cause shallow segments.
